At DFS Racing’s (“DFS Racing” “we” “us”) website(s) (our “Site” or “Sites”) and related services are made available to you in accordance with the following Terms of Use & Service and any other rules posted on our Sites (collectively known as “TOS”). Please read the TOS carefully before placing any orders on this website. We recommend that you should keep a copy of the TOS for future reference.

DFS Racing is a trading name of DFS Racing (M) Sdn. Bhd., a company incorporated in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia under company number 1524783-K. Our registered address is 917 BLOCK A KELANA CENTRE POINT, NO. 3 JALAN SS7/9, KELANA JAYA, 47301 PETALING JAYA SELANGOR MALAYSIA.

By using this website, you confirm that you accept these Terms and Conditions and that you agree to comply with them.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

To use some of the services or features made available to you on this Site, you will need to register. When you register, you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects. We may change registration requirements from time to time.

To make purchases on the Site, you will need to register and supply your personal information. Specifically, Customers are required to provide their actual name, phone number, email address, and any other requested details as specified. Additionally, when placing an order for items, you must enter payment information and affirm that the payment details you submit during the ordering process are both accurate and valid. You also confirm that you are the individual identified in the Billing information provided.

The Site is accessible solely to individuals and entities that satisfy the eligibility criteria set by DFS Racing, who possess a valid credit card issued by a bank acceptable to DFS Racing, whose applications are deemed satisfactory by DFS Racing, and who have granted permission for DFS Racing to charge their credit card for the total purchase price of the merchandise acquired. DFS Racing retains the right to limit the quantity of any item shipped to a single customer or mailing address.

By placing an order for merchandise, you explicitly grant us permission to conduct credit checks and, when deemed necessary by DFS Racing, to share or acquire information (including any updates) about you with third parties as needed. This may include your credit card number or credit reports (which may also encompass your spouse’s credit report if you live in a community property jurisdiction). This process is intended to verify your identity, validate your credit card, secure initial authorization for the credit card, and approve individual purchase transactions. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

DFS Racing offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch from our store. Occasionally, however, we may be waiting for shipments from our suppliers.

Please note that items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.

Once you have successfully completed your order and payment, you can check the current status of your shipment through your email. If you happen to not receive any email, feel free to reach out to us at sales@droneforspeed.com with the details of your order transaction. We will respond as soon as we have information about your shipment from the shipping agent.

Prices shown on the Site are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) by default and are inclusive of any relevant local Malaysia tax charges at the applicable rate.

All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time. The Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) price of a product displayed on the Site at the time the order is accepted will be honoured, except in cases of patent error.

Product prices displayed in alternative major currencies are indicative only, using existing currency exchange rates. Upon the submission of your order, the price charged to your credit card (or preferred payment option) will be based on Malaysia Ringgit price indicated on the website.  

If you are a customer whose credit card is not denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), the final price you will be paying will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your credit card company processes the transaction.

Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it.

Acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and DFS Racing will be completed when we email you to confirm the goods have been dispatched. The sale contract is concluded in Malaysia and the language of the contract is English.

We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to receive payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out within the TOS.

We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the Site whether or not that merchandise has been sold; removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the Site; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

Payment can be made by VISA, MASTERCARD, PAYPAL, DuitNow, FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Online, AM Bank, Alliance Online, Hong Leong Online), E-wallet (TNG, GrabPay, ShopeePay) and Apple Pay. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to DRONEFORSPEED.COM. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon dispatch of your order by DFS Racing.

To minimise the risk of unauthorised access, we encrypt your card data. Once we receive your Order we will request pre-authorisation on your card to ensure there are sufficient funds available to complete the transaction. Order will not be confirmed until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. Your card will be debited once we have sent you the Order Confirmation. Cards are subject to validation checks and authorisation by card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorisation, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple, and secure, DFS Racing uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

Furthermore, we take reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.

DFS Racing uses local door-to-door courier service for deliveries within Malaysia and our preferred freight service provider for deliveries to other countries. 

We only ship to Southeast Asian countries, which include Singapore, Brunei, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines, Myanmar, and Laos.

Estimated delivery time:
For West Malaysia: 1–3 working days from your order confirmation; for East Malaysia: 3-7 working days from your order confirmation; for other countries: 4–10 working days from your order confirmation.

Note that this flat rate excludes custom duties & other relevant taxes specific to the destination country, which if applicable, will be charged to the recipient by our freight service provider before final delivery to the recipient.

There will not be any courier services on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays. Your order will arrive between Monday – Friday.

Your final and confirmed delivery charges will be shown clearly to you in the Check Out page before you proceed to Fiuu gateway for payment.

Please note that due to the dynamic nature of shipping and freight, our delivery timings may be subject to change from time to time.  In any case, the delivery indicated in your Check Out page can always be taken as correct and final for any completed transaction.

DFS Racing requires a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods is passed on to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that a signature by the recipient (or any recipient at that delivery address) as evidence of delivery and order fulfilment by DFS Racing and accept the transfer of responsibility in the same way.

Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders as soon as possible upon receipt order and payment. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch, DFS Racing is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

Your use of the Sites and its contents grants no rights to you in relation to any copyright, designs, trademarks and any other intellectual property and material rights relating to the Content (as described in the Content section below), including all HTML and other code contained in this Site. All such Content, including third party trademarks and related intellectual property rights mentioned or displayed on this Site are protected by national intellectual property and other laws and international treaty provisions.

You are permitted to use the Content only as expressly authorized by DFS Racing and/or its third party licensors. Any reproduction or redistribution of the above listed Content is prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties. Without limiting the foregoing, copying and use of the above listed materials to any other server, location or support for publication, reproduction or distribution is expressly prohibited. However, you are permitted to make one copy for the purposes of viewing Content for your own personal use.

In addition to the aforementioned intellectual property rights, “Site Content” refers to any graphics, photographs (including all image rights), sounds, music, videos, audio files, or text found on this Site. DFS Racing strives to maintain accuracy and completeness in the information presented here. However, DFS Racing does not guarantee that its Content is free from errors or inaccuracies. Furthermore, DFS Racing cannot assure you that the functional aspects of the Site or its Content will operate without errors or that this Site, the Content provided by DFS Racing, or the server hosting it are devoid of viruses or other harmful elements. We always advise all Internet users to ensure they have updated virus protection software installed.

This Site is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, commercially exploit, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any Content, software, products, or services contained within this Site. You may not use this Site, or any of its Content, to further any commercial purpose, including any advertising or advertising revenue generation activity on your own Site.

You agree that you will be personally responsible for your use of this Site and for all of your communication and activity on and pursuant to this Site. We are not responsible for losses not caused by our breach or negligence or indirect losses which are not reasonably foreseeable by you and us (for example, loss of profits or loss of opportunity).

We are also not responsible for failure to meet any of our obligations under the TOS where such failure is due to events which beyond our reasonable control.

At our request, you agree to compensate us fully, defend us and hold DFS Racing harmless immediately on demand, its officers, directors, agents, affiliates, licensors, and suppliers, from and against all liabilities, claims, expenses, damages and losses, including legal fees, arising from any breach of the TOS by you including the use by any other persons accessing this Site using your Internet account caused by your action or inaction.

You acknowledge and agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and DFS Racing as a result of the TOS or your use of this Site. You agree that you shall not present yourself as a representative, agent, or employee of DFS Racing, and we will not be held responsible for any representations, actions, or omissions made by you.

If you breach the TOS and we take no action against you, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach the TOS.

The TOS together with all our policies and procedures will be governed by and construed in accordance the relevant Malaysia law and the relevant courts of the Malaysia will have exclusive jurisdiction.
